Tech2Rec built custom automations between JobAdder ATS, Docusign & Xero. Allowing information to flow seamlessly between all platforms. Invoices were auto created on the candidate start date, review emails with links were automated after this date. This ensured processes were always followed and free’d up hours of time for the team.

A recruitment specific AI phone system was rolled out across the business. This supported click to dial for quick calling, and power dialler so consultants could push through a large volume of calls in a short space of time. The solution also had a direct integration with JobAdder, all notes, actions & AI generated call summaries copy back to the contact record within the ATS. This results in an accurate database, all team members in the know and no information ever missed from client or candidate calls.
